Boquiren Convention Hall.
True to its core values in ensuring competence, commitment, and constant professional growth, HRMDO partnered with People Dynamics, Inc. (Profiles Asia Inc.) conducted the training to gain more objective and unbiased data in terms of its Leadership Assessment and Employee Engagement on top of its prevailing internal measures.
People Dynamics, Inc. is a renowned agency in providing first-rate human resources and organizational development consultancy services and surveys among other things, through its proficient trainer Mr. Argel Carlo Mallare, Learning & Development Supervisor.
The training focused on the following salient features: Effective Work Habits, Customer Service, and Resilience these were reflective of the results based on the initial survey conducted by HRMDO in December last year, which identified the points for improvement among the personnel. Employee-participants who physically attended the training are kept to a minimum to ensure that health protocols are adhered to and make every session more interactive as possible.
The six-day seminar runs from April 19, 20, 23, 26, 29, 30 cater to regular non-teaching personnel of all the nine (9) campuses respectively.
Originally conceived in 2019, the project only materialized in December 2020 due to the logistical challenges and health risks brought about by the onset of the pandemic.
Governed by the tenet ‘We Learn As One’, PSU remains steadfast in providing inclusive education and skills development not only to students but also to its human resource. /ksg
