Following the standards set by the Commission on Higher Education, PSU ABEL Department assures that every student is in the right track to becoming in-demand in fields that require effective use of the English language to realize specific goals. The PSU ABEL program is currently on the process of re-aligning and restructuring its curriculum and instruction according to the standard set by the CHED. PSU guarantees that concepts and theories contained in the up-to-date learning resource materials are balanced by hands-on experience and expertise of its faculty. Together, proper direction and content are served to every student of the ABEL program who meets its standard.

Success requires form and substance. To PSU ABEL Department, this is a standard. From registration to graduation, the program is firm in its stance to nurture and develop its students in becoming highly principled, innovative and globally competent individuals capable of meeting the needs of industry, public service and civil society.
