1. Update and Implement the SPMS Manual, Citizens Charter and the 360 degrees performance evaluation

2. Regular conduct of in-house trainings/seminars for faculty and non-teaching staff

3. Maximize participation to local/international trainings/seminars particularly those who are participating in their capacity as paper presenters/speakers

4. Regular conduct of Campus and University level wellness programs and activities

5. Data-base of personnel’s records and construction of MIS-based records center (201 File Storage)

6. Regular conduct of values reorientation and ethical standards for government employees

7. Reclassification and creation of new positions

8. Improve selection and recruitment processes

9. Establish the Training Institute Center
